These terms apply to giveaways run by PropScore, and by creators partnered with PropScore, using the PropScore Giveaway Engine during YouTube livestreams.
During a livestream the host announces an entry keyword and displays it on screen. To enter, type that keyword in the broadcast's live chat while entries are open. The host either closes entries manually or sets a timer that closes them automatically, and the remaining time is shown on stream when a timer is used. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Winners are drawn at random using the browser's cryptographic random number generator
(crypto.getRandomValues()). No result exists before the draw is made, and the
outcome cannot be predicted or altered once the draw has run. The draw takes place live on
stream so viewers can see the entry keyword, the entrant count, and the result as it
happens.
The host may verify a winner before a prize is issued. A winner who does not respond, or who is found to be an automated or duplicate account, may be replaced by a further draw.
Prizes are proprietary trading accounts supplied by the partner firm named in the giveaway. PropScore does not issue the accounts itself. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
If you win, your YouTube display name is passed to the supplying firm so they can issue your account. Claiming a prize is subject to that firm's own terms, eligibility rules, and identity requirements — including any age, residency, or jurisdictional restrictions they apply. PropScore is not responsible for a firm declining to issue an account to an entrant who does not meet its requirements.
Entrants must be adults and must meet the eligibility criteria of the firm supplying the prize. Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
Giveaways are promotional. Nothing in a giveaway, or in PropScore's reviews and comparisons, is financial or investment advice, and trading carries risk of loss.
Giveaways are run by PropScore and partnered creators. They are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google. Entering through live chat is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Information handled when you enter is described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
